Haven’t played a huge amount on betgem but when I have I’ve had no problems. Enjoyed the games I played and look forward to playing again.

I was getting the run around from a casino from which had made a withdrawal request. The request was approved but the payment never came. After months talking with their support I found casinomeister's player arbitration service. I opened a ticket not thinking it would help but it couldn't hurt anything. They replied 2 days later and said they were contact the casino. 3 days after that my bitcoin wallet had received the funds from my withdrawal. I was amazed and happy about the quick and positive resolution. If it wasn't for their intervention I'm sure I would still be looking for the payment. Thank you very much for the help and if anyone else has issues with online casinos open a ticket with this site and let them get what you're owed!

I won over $6,000 on there site I gave them all my information passed the kyc process got an email stating everything was goodcongratulations you are good to withdrawal anytime in the future. Then I withdrawal the highest amount they allow it went through said it would be 48hours for the deposit. Then right before the money was supposed to be deposited I got a message stating there was dual accounts with my info. For one when you go to create an account it won't let you use any information it will say email already taken so how that was supposed to happen don't know because I have had only one account and no one else in my apartment plays. 2 if I went through and passed kyc that's supposed to check who you are and if there is any problems but I passed. I just wanted to let people know what to expect when dealing with this casino.

I enjoy the free plays and the game mechanics.

I really enjoy the app it's fun especially with the bonus it gives you but I hate the slow withdrawal process it's not fast at all kinda kills the whole app for me
