First off, their website is intuitively designed. Easy navigation truly makes for a well rounded experience. When coupled with their high RTP, they have a service that stands heads and shoulders above their competition. The redemption could've been quicker, but that's the only issue I had and it was practically my fault. However, Connor helped me out and went above and beyond to make sure my satisfaction was 110%. I'll definitely be back to spin!

Great games. But way too restrictive with getting free coupon codes. The amount of points to reach for next level is extreme. You have to spend a LOT of money to get there and I think they should throw you a few more freebies inbetween. EVERYBODY else does.

I've had nothing but a good experience with this site. Customer service is prompt and polite. I received my payout (check) within 48 hours of cashing out. They fed ex'd it to me immediately. They do ask that you deposit the check instead of cashing (being since it's from Canada, I assume). The bank gave me no trouble at all and did not hold for a lengthy amount of time, it was available the very next day.
