I’ve had a really positive experience with this casino so far. Withdrawals are fast and smooth, which is honestly one of the most important things for me. The customer support team has also been responsive and helpful whenever I had questions. There’s a wide variety of games to choose from, so it never feels repetitive or boring. The only downside I’ve noticed is that they don’t always respond positively to every bonus request. It would also be great if they introduced a proper VIP system with clearer benefits and rewards for every customer.

Avoid at all costs! I am owed a lot of money from this online casino, it has been almost a month and I’m still waiting. Customer service is an absolute joke, they either say we are waiting for an update or they ignore you completely, just depends what mood they are in I think. They have disconnected the phone lines due to the pandemic apparently, so I can not actually speak to anyone. Although the strange thing is, someone actually called me from this company requesting ID documents - so they lie too.

So far it's good

Good game and great customer service. They really payout
