I still give this casino 5 stars, mainly because there is never a dull moment while playing. I believe once they get back on track with the redemption it will be ok. My redemption was placed on July the 20th and it is now almost September. You would usually get your redemption in a couple of days, sometimes the next day. Been playing here for awhile, so I'm a stick with them.

The Anjouan gaming license does not cover players from Australia, Austria, Comoros, France, Germany, Netherlands, Spain, United Kingdom, and the USA.And yet they allow players from the US and UK to access the site, make accounts, and even select their native currency. It's illegal to play at this site from the UK and illegal to perform unlicensed offshore casino banking transactions most US states. As of today, they haven't even filled out their restricted countries list in their T&Cs. It just says 'Prohibited territories' as a placeholder, they didn't realize they have to list them there. I've archived the evidence of this in case they try to bait and switch. So everyone strap in, because this is going to be a massive clown fiesta!Remember, support staff: Any attempt to explain your acceptance of US and UK players and your lack of geoblocking, despite your gaming license not covering those regions, can and will be used against you in Belize. Good luck.
