I completed the bonus wagering requirements at JoCasino and the system confirmed it by converting my bonus into real money (€125). I then requested a withdrawal – but it was rejected.Support claimed I “violated the terms” because I used the Bonus Buy feature. However, this rule is not mentioned clearly in their terms and conditions. I never bet more than €0.10 per spin – Bonus Buy just triggers a feature, it doesn’t change the stake. The system allowed it, no warning was shown, and the bonus was marked as completed.When I asked for clarification, the support agent just repeated “Bonus Buy is a bet” and refused to point out where this is stated in the rules. No transparency, no fairness, no real help.I feel misled and disappointed. I’ve already filed complaints with licensing authorities and consumer protection platforms.

Let me tell y’all, clubs poker is the BEST! They definitely look out for their players. I quickly moved up into VIP and immediately was credited $100!!! Today is my birthday and was credited $50. I had a few disputes with casinos . I really like that every complaint is taken seriously by there complaints page . No nonsens and unnest feedback. Also there forums are very constructive feedback. You don’t win or get things sorted you’re way , but that’s how it works in that Industry. I feel very comfortable.
