I deposited approximately 90 dollars of SHIBA coins. It did not go through, when I was in the live chat, they said they forwarded it to the financial department and I will hear from them after a maximum of 3 days. I have now waited 1 week no response, I try to reach live chat, gives me the exact same response. I then sent an email through support, which they sended me another email to send to. When I clicked the email, instead of being Jackbits email, it was mystakes payment email. Even though it said jackbit on the link, after click it says mystake. That is weird. It is a shame because I have had no other problems except this, withdrawals have been good and everything else. But this will make me not play on this site again, unless it is resolved veery soon. It should not take more than the amount of days that you tell me. Edit: It has now been resolved, I just got my money in my account.

Not going to lie, I didnt have high hopes for this company. I had a few issues with verification (my fault, not their's) and they were very professional and attentive to my issues. Definitely the real deal and am so happy I found this platform!!
