i used to love bitplay. but last night i sent my deposit and they never put it on my game. i have spent at least an hour talking to live chat support, who has made it abundantly clear that they do not care to help me. i have emailed support and attached my ltc receipt and transaction hash to prove payment. they haven't bothered replying. live support has blocked me, although i was not offensive or belligerent. i tried to call and i get a recording saying the line is currently busy. at this point, i have no other choice than to believe that they have stolen my money. and all the while, i am being treated as though i am the one who has done something wrong. Well 1st off I would like to say that the customer service is so crossed with improper management , then the employees are not working together there ,don't invest to much time there because when you just Babel and the wrong thing comes out, they close your account and leave you in the dust just like there original plan is from the very beginning
