Well, it started off cute and sweet. Until I won at that point, it became extremely hard to acquire an agent to speak with, and they are choosing to take a full seven days to even verify my account and refuse to provide any updates. Any logical responses. I've had nothing but a good experience with this site. Customer service is prompt and polite. I received my payout (check) within 48 hours of cashing out. They fed ex'd it to me immediately. They do ask that you deposit the check instead of cashing (being since it's from Canada, I assume).
