I had a dispute with the casino regarding a significant amount of money. Multiple attempts to resolve the matter directly brought no results. Only after submitting the case to Casino Guru was the issue finally resolved. Petronela, who handled the case, demonstrated full commitment and outstanding professionalism, for which I am very grateful. Without her assistance, closing the case would not have been possible

I enjoy the casino. One thing that could make the experience better is not taking the spins out of the balance of the bonus. In other words why say you are giving free spins when the amount is taken out of the bonus you are giving. I understand that it is all a given bonus but it is confusing and a bit misleading. Why not just give a lower bonus percentage and add free spins without taking it out of the awarded bonus. Also, why can't I add funds with a bonus until a previous bonus is played through. In other words, why can't I run 2 bonuses concurrently?By the way customer support is great!

"Great casino! Wide selection of games, fast payouts, and excellent bonuses. Everything works smoothly and the customer support is help fal.One of the few casinos I can consider trustworthy, where you can deposit and withdraw money without any later issues or strange bonus restrictions. This casino is associated with Wazbee and RoySpins, which are reliable casinos.. Highly recommend!"
