I do like casino guru and think it’s a good platform. The complaint process is extremely long and slow. My complaints keep getting rejected for the completely wrong reason not even linked to the complaint and it takes over a week for a response from casino guru.

I had a problem where my account froze and so i began to search the web as we do and fell into the negatives but rest assured they not only unfroze my account but i was able to withdraw all my funds (well over 2k) and might i say that’s INSTANT withdraw!! thank you punt for proving me wrong this site is top notch 10/10

I love playing with them! Load quick cash out quick!!

Great casino ,honest with a good variety of providers, fast payments..Not 5 stars because they removed Neteller ,paysafecard ,Skrill for deposits and withdraws..

Despite my fears, I started playing this casino and was very pleasantly surprised. The site has a pleasant and clear interface. It has a favorable loyalty program and attractive bonuses. A wide selection of providers and games. Many deposit methods. Rewards for daily login in the form of wellcoins which can then be exchanged in the store for bonus spins. I am very positively surprised.
