I deposited approximately 90 dollars of SHIBA coins. It did not go through, when I was in the live chat, they said they forwarded it to the financial department and I will hear from them after a maximum of 3 days. I have now waited 1 week no response, I try to reach live chat, gives me the exact same response. I then sent an email through support, which they sended me another email to send to. When I clicked the email, instead of being Jackbits email, it was mystakes payment email. Even though it said jackbit on the link, after click it says mystake. That is weird. It is a shame because I have had no other problems except this, withdrawals have been good and everything else. But this will make me not play on this site again, unless it is resolved veery soon.
