First time ever at this sweeps casino. I made and account and two days later went back to it. I won a nice chunk and when I went to redeem and it sent me to a chat to confirm my redeem. The admin there said I needed to verify on discord so I clicked the link he sent, it opened discord, I had to follow them and then began to verify. When I got back to the chat and told him I had verified successfully, he responded with a message saying that I had multiple accounts and that was against their terms. I told him I have only one account and have only had it for a few days, without a response he closed the chat, took all my sweeps coins, and even disappeared from my discord. I checked my search history and my first time to Runewager was July 5 2025. I emailed and then went to the site chat where I sat waiting for 11 mins the first time and longer the second time. No response. I log back in to see if I have gotten my money or a response and it says user is banned. What a joke!

On Club Player, even smaller deposits are rewarded with free spins and reload bonuses. The chat support actually recommends the best current offers, and every payout has been sent within 24 hours—no drama, just efficiency.

Everything has been easy to navigate at the Bitplay website and anytime I was unsure how to proceed, a member of the support was always a chat link away. Without Archie I might have given up on learning bitcoin. Thanks!

Customer Service was great and handled my issue within a matter of minutes. It was a pleasant experience!
