Excellent support team especially for vip clubs, really happy with isabel and how she has helped my experience

You accept our money instantly. But you make his weight three to five days. To redeem it a lot of times. Every once in awhile you'll get it pretty fast. But why don't we get it as quick as y'all get it when you get it from us. Overall, this is a great site. I would recommend it to everybody. It's 100 percent legit. Just a great place to game and have fun.

Very quick pay out. Excellent customer service

I have three categories when I think of what I want to play at a certain time. One is slots, the second is live dealers (texas hold 'em / Funky Time, and last is how fast / getting paid instantly. I have more than 5 casinos I can think of for each. Scrooge tops one category - it's the casino I go to play Funky Time/Crazy Time, and also a few others occasionally. Other praiseworthy oddities: They are, to my knowledge, the only casino to offer penny slots to people betting SC/ST, which makes it a hell of a lot more fun to play and spend time on some of your favorite slots you come to like after a while... and #2 - They actually pay when they say they are going to pay you. If you think about redeeming at your fav. certain casinos, I bet it's kind of a toss-up and usually pretty random when you finally get the funds posted to your account. Scrooge doesn't keep you guessing. Last thing: they have live support chat (although sometimes there's a tiny bit of a wait) - but they always addressed my concerns that I have had in the past. Overall I would give them a 5 - but the only reason it's a 4 is because of the website layout - it could just use a more modern touch and approach to it.
