Im trying to verify account multiple times now all is verified and still cant get money out from casino 3k pounds i will report it to gambling commission company if that will be not sorted in this week. Im waiting 3 week's to get my money out.

I won a large amount and if that wasn’t enough to make them one of the best online casinos the withdrawal process was on point every time . Customer service with a smile every time well at least I had a smile that is. All around best casino I’ve played online 5 stars 👍👍

Well, to start off, it was a very awesome platform very generous bonuses and I ran into an issue with having my account of my own. My husband has his account of his own however, due to my husband being literate, I sign in on my phone for my husband can play and customer service will not acknowledge that they close my account Saying that I have a duplicate account when that is not true like I said my husband has his own and I have my own and they’re considering that a duplicate account and that’s why I’m giving them a one star rating and I tried to get a hold of customer service several times for several days now and nobody answers me and they just ignore me. It’s sad because this could’ve been a wonderful platform to play on and I am devastated about this. I was so excited to be part of their members.

1 star: Bad – unacceptable experience, unreasonable and rude conduct.Your reviewAvoid this casino at all cost the RTP is shocking £80 deposited and won less than a tenner with £1.25 spins ....they are greedy!! RTP is supposed to be between 90 -98% I can assure you it isnt. Deposited about £700 over a couple of months....nothing returned. Customer support took time to connect to live chat nad argued that the casino rtp was really good and was the games that decided wether they pay or not I play lots of casinos and this is the worst i have ever encountered..same old crap from customer service...closed my account Avoid avoid avoid
