Well, to start off, it was a very awesome platform very generous bonuses and I ran into an issue with having my account of my own. My husband has his account of his own however, due to my husband being literate, I sign in on my phone for my husband can play and customer service will not acknowledge that they close my account Saying that I have a duplicate account when that is not true like I said my husband has his own and I have my own and they’re considering that a duplicate account and that’s why I’m giving them a one star rating and I tried to get a hold of customer service several times for several days now and nobody answers me and they just ignore me. I have playing with the site for a short time, and deposited about a dozen times. I ended up racking up 4K+ in winnings, all while following the directions and rules. When I decided to stop and cash out, I asked customer service how to, the fastest way, and if I was able to redeem. They said yes, and up until that point, great customer service. I log in a few hours later, and suddenly I cannot login because my it’s was unavailable in my region. I’m in Texas, where it is ok to play. I am fully verified to redeem as well. I’m waiting for the manager to reach back out to me to tell me how regain access.
