I’ve been using this site for over a year now, and their attitude toward customers has always been outstanding. They never leave you without a clear, helpful answer or an unresolved issue.The platform is easy to navigate, offers plenty of choices, and the withdrawals are incredibly fast.

Well for starters they are taking forever to send me my winnings when I put in the request around 6:00 AM EST and it's now 3:00 PM and still nothing, and yes I know y'all have alot of customers but winnings should definitely be sent out in a timely manner! Y'all definitely need to work on your customer service agents as well and also the finance team to respond to emails in a timely manner and not just when they feel like it. Still have a help desk service ticket open for 72 hours for a double payment sent to same address and no one has contacted me through email to update me at all. I have sent in multiple emails trying to reach someone but no response. So for the record that's why I gave 2 stars. You guys really need to step your game up or you might start losing customers.
