I still give this casino 5 stars, mainly because there is never a dull moment while playing. I believe once they get back on track with the redemption it will be ok. My redemption was placed on July the 20th and it is now almost September. You would usually get your redemption in a couple of days, sometimes the next day. Been playing here for awhile, so I'm a stick with them.

You're fine when I can get in my account I forgot my password and every time I request a new password code to be sent it takes at least 30 minutes for me to get it and I've done moved on to something else at that point so for a couple of months now I've been trying to get into my account and you just can't get in it but the games are good when I can get in it

Love scrooge, I really like the providers and the near instant redemptions are always a plus, what sets scrooge apart for me is the option to play booming, b gaming, and ka games for spins as low as 1c. I have been able to log in and get say .70c for a daily bonus and start by spinning 1 or 2 cents a spin and been able to run it up to a few bucks and from there your off to the races, have redeemed a couple of times like this, they run some nice promos as well. Scrooge is up there in my top 4 social casinos.

Every people from VIP are so great 😍
