Show me the money - Do you win and do they pay out? 2, Are they generous with bonuses/giveaways 3. Do they offer a variety of games? 4. How is there website in terms of ease of use and customer service and 5. How’s their reputation?1. I consistently win on TMF. I’ve heard stories of cold streaks at last months on other sites. There’s a casino that we remain nameless that I have a almost $1000 AMOE bonus I’m playing through. When I tell you I haven’t hit in a month and I play nearly every day, I’m not exaggerating. I am literally struggling to find a game that I can have a net positive on and I believe I’m something like oh for 85 in games played where I Leave in the positive. And I will tell you that until recently this category was not a five out of five. Their redemptions used to take forever almost to the point it was not acceptable. My average wait time has been no more than a week and I’ve gotten it in a day or two in some instances. You can’t get much faster than that. Sweepstakes casinos are never going to be perfect. That being said how reassuring is it to see them have an issue or problem area, but see them work hard and get better in that area? It shows that they’re trying and it shows that they’re here to stay and to keep their customers happy while taking criticism constructively and fixing issues that arise. You can’t ask for anything else.2. Some of the best bonus plays and giveaways out there. Let’s start with promos-most days you make a purchase, simply go to the promo tab and they will automatically give you a code for a percentage off. And it’s not 5% we’re talking 20, 30, 35 even 50% off and this is most days. I don’t need to go to Reddit, or some obscure group on discord this is literally off their site. They offer contest on their social media, they offer a wonderful AMOE that you do not need to write much it’s printing out a barcode and although it’s only three dollars instead of four or five the trade-off is it is credited in weeks not months. I personally have dealt with casinos that will take 12 months or more to credit AMOEs and the norm is four months or so. These will be credited in 3 to 4 weeks in my experience. So they do wonderfully here regarding their generosity. And play up to a higher level, you get a host and yeah just asked for a bonus and don’t be greedy and see what happens because with me at least they have been more than generous3. Reputation. I’m a realist and I understand that my experience is just one out of millions for many of these sites. Maybe I had a great experience with the site that most people have not a vice versa. In order to be realistic, one needs to look at other reviews in order to make an informed decision about any place. TMF has a wonderful reputation. If I had to say a recurring theme that’s not great is their redemption times and as I stated already they’re working to be better and have fixed a lot of the issues that I’ve seen. Other than that the general consensus is they’re great. That has been my experience. I’m so happy to give them my business and they highly recommend them!
