They may or may not have a Curaçao Gaming license however this is not valid in Germany. As you do not wish to comply with the OASIS-Spielsperre self exclusion register you are effectively showing a huge lack in player protection and adding fuel to the fire. Not to mention you are manipulating players to leave a positive review in return for 20 free spins which will get them nothing anyway in the hope they don't go back and remove their 5 star review.
