To be honest had some issue to begin with , withdrawals getting constantly cancelled, but with some live chat talks and constant complaining, it’s been good as gold since. And withdrawals have been completed without any issues the last 7-8 withdrawal transactions ! Hopefully it continues! No complaints anymore my end, and the site I’m actually really enjoying!!

I still give this casino 5 stars, mainly because there is never a dull moment while playing. I believe once they get back on track with the redemption it will be ok. My redemption was placed on July the 20th and it is now almost September. You would usually get your redemption in a couple of days, sometimes the next day. This is probably long overdue. I have played at Omni for over 10 years, super easy experience, I am lucky enough to be a VIP and have never had an issue withdrawing amounts (even when over 5K). Suzanne (my host) is amazing and has been with them as long as I have. I have in the past had issues with their support and I haven't always been easy to deal with but she navigates it and makes it work.I wish they had a bit more selection but it is my go-to if I am not playing our provincial casino.
