Well it's almost been a couple months and my winnings, I put in to have redeemed haven't been redeemed, still says we're processing your 10 dollar redemption, also asked support a couple times different times a question and they don't even respond anymore. One star is too much. After I deposit I get emails with bonus codes for first deposits. I’m asking the support if I’m qualified and get the answer yes. Used it and it wasn’t credited 7 chats later the casino says my fault. Customer support takes ages to answer. Don’t play here
