I've always had a great experience with The Money Factory. Game selection is amazing and love the fact they have live table games. Sometimes there is lag time while loading but beside that my overall experience has been amazing.

Well, to start off, it was a very awesome platform very generous bonuses and I ran into an issue with having my account of my own. My husband has his account of his own however, due to my husband being literate, I sign in on my phone for my husband can play and customer service will not acknowledge that they close my account Saying that I have a duplicate account when that is not true like I said my husband has his own and I have my own and they’re considering that a duplicate account and that’s why I’m giving them a one star rating and I tried to get a hold of customer service several times for several days now and nobody answers me and they just ignore me. It’s sad because this could’ve been a wonderful platform to play on and I am devastated about this. I was so excited to be part of their members.
