I am fairly new to the platform still learning about it but from what I can tell it is overall a good platform I know the customer service is pretty exceptional and they have some good bonuses very very prizes

Update: Paid out all redemptions - thank you.Update: It took 10 weeks but received first redemption today. Still nearly 9 weeks waiting for 2nd, but credit to company for honoring their obligations and trying to clear the backlog.Previous post - I have been waiting for 3-figure payouts for 6 weeks and 5 weeks respectively and have still not received my prizes despite promises to escalate. It's a shame because The Money Factory provides generous bonuses on purchases of gold coin packs - between 15-50%.
