I have addressed this complaint to other resources such as ; 4latest casino, Ask gambling, but these resources are apparently useless for solving such problems. I enjoy the game graphics. The rules to redeem are a different. FYI your play through balance will be e the amount you won in bonus games. You have to bring it to zero in order to cash out $50. Keep in mind you are also using your real balance while trying to bring play through balance to zero. A little tricky
