I have withdrawn funds from this site but it has been very stressful.I did continue to use them but having poblems again.I made a deposit and I made sure I unticked bonus box because their bonus policy is ridiculous.I made profit and when I tried to withdraw it it conveniently told me that I had a 1400 rollover to meet before I could withdraw the funds. Its an absolute joke this page, tired of this now.I found another site that is a lot easier and reliae so I'm gonna leave this one alone now.

The experience with sureWin are full with surprises as the company always offer us with variety of attractive deals and most importantly it is easily to go around in the user friendly websites as we can enjoy all the games

I completed the bonus wagering requirements at JoCasino and the system confirmed it by converting my bonus into real money (€125). I then requested a withdrawal – but it was rejected.Support claimed I “violated the terms” because I used the Bonus Buy feature. However, this rule is not mentioned clearly in their terms and conditions. I never bet more than €0.10 per spin – Bonus Buy just triggers a feature, it doesn’t change the stake. The system allowed it, no warning was shown, and the bonus was marked as completed. When I asked for clarification, the support agent just repeated “Bonus Buy is a bet” and refused to point out where this is stated in the rules. No transparency, no fairness, no real help.I feel misled and disappointed. I’ve already filed complaints with licensing authorities and consumer protection platforms.
