Absolutely awful company. They prey on vulnerable people. I opened an account around 2 years ago, I lost control of my gambling & asked them to close down my account immediately, indefinitely. After 3 separate emails spread over a few weeks, with reassurances that my account would be closed, here we are 2 years on, the account still fully open. This time though, I won. Since my account opened, I’ve deposited over £500 GBP. I tried to withdraw a tiny amount (£100 GBP), only for it to be rejected. They want an even more thorough verification process. I’ve sent bank statements, phone bills, images of my card, only for them all the be rejected. They’ve been more than happy to continuously take my money, even when I’ve emailed for them to close it down, yet as soon as I win, they won’t pay out. Disgusting company, every 1* review is real. Avoid these, they are unlicensed, malicious & they prey on vulnerable people.

I've sent three support tickets over two weeks. Not a single reply. Not even an automated "we got your message." They just ignore you. It's pathetic.

I've been a daily user of over 30 sweeps casinos in the last couple years and had a variety of experiences in deposits, redemption's customer support, and all the usual stuff that goes along with the overall quality of a platform. Without a doubt, Lucky goldfish is the people's champ of this style of online casino user experience. I have never made a deposit, and using only the daily free login bonus cashed out multiple times without any hassle or friction, and with the highest level of customer support available in the industry. This is the number one underrated option in the space and I strongly suggest anyone interested in online sweeps style gaming give Luckygold a try. Theres no out-of-pocket cost and you'll get a 1$ daily login reward every day once you sign up.
