Your support team cited an ongoing "verification of my betting activity" as the reason for the delay. As a bettor with over 10 years of experience across more than 50 licensed bookmakers, I can confidently state that such prolonged verification for a small withdrawal is unprecedented. Standard industry practice involves either resolving verification within 1–2 business days or, if concerns arise, voiding the contested bet(s) immediately—not withholding funds indefinitely.This situation is both unreasonable and damaging to your reputation. I selected your platform based on positive reviews and an expectation of fair conduct.
