Took crypto payments in minutes. Refused my £1000 payout on grounds that it could not verify my KYC as the images were not clear enough. They were high digital images of the required passport, proof of address, payment method and holding the passport myself. These were sent via email as the files were allegedly too big to upload. I contacted the live chat several times and was blatantly ignored. It took them 3 days to say my high definition photographs were not enough. A blatant lie. I informed them I would negatively review this on Trustpilot and they failed to answer or give any justification to their non payment. Pure con of a site.

Super Slots is the quickest and highest RTP online casino I've played at, and I have played at most of them! That is why it is the ONLY online casino I deposit money into now. I know that if I win, I will actually get the money from the win. They won't find a way to take the winnings.

I won over $6,000 on there site I gave them all my information passed the kyc process got an email stating everything was goodcongratulations you are good to withdrawal anytime in the future. Then I withdrawal the highest amount they allow it went through said it would be 48hours for the deposit. Then right before the money was supposed to be deposited I got a message stating there was dual accounts with my info. For one when you go to create an account it won't let you use any information it will say email already taken so how that was supposed to happen don't know because I have had only one account and no one else in my apartment plays. 2 if I went through and passed kyc that's supposed to check who you are and if there is any problems but I passed. I just wanted to let people know what to expect when dealing with this casino.

I love this casino. It’s the only casino I play on now. The withdrawals are super easy and quick. I’ve had quite a few withdrawals that are in my account the same day. Great game selection as well and cash back bonuses.
