I want take out £300 I won and I'm been trying load up my account verification details it won't accept my passport photo and keeps telling me to take it again and again I must of loaded it about 10 times plus the photo usually loaded anytime on other gaming apps excepted straight away first time now it won't load to take the passport photo and can't get hold of anyone like a customer service team to ask for help in this matter I've deposited £150 it took that straight away pissed off who do I complain too if so many before me have had the same treatment.

First the chat team was quick to response & the good thing was that the quiry that they could not resolve was diverted to the concerned team which responded on my registered Email very quickly & faster then expected, resolving all my queries. Now the pending experience would be related to the withdrawal which hope should be fast.
