I wouldnt recommend playing on this platform unless you are Ok with waiting 90 days for your redemption winnings. Yes, you heard it right. I redeemed twice and both times were treated the same 90 days etc. If it was’nt for that simple fact I would give it 5 stars. Good Luck

I asked to self exclude on 4 separate occasions and each time a ‘VIP’ manager contacted me to offer cash rewards and asked me to ‘hold on a little longer and not make any final decisions’. The customer support team are the most useless and unhelpful team I’ve ever had to deal with and are now ignoring my emails. I’ve asked to make a formal complaint but the complaints email they have supplied does not work!
