I played and played and played winning anywhere from zero cents to 17 cents normally. Finally made it to $1000, the amt they said I had to win in order to withdraw. Now it won’t let me withdraw. I’ve searched everywhere I can think of for customer service but can’t find anything.I spent a couple months playing to get that money. Crept my way to $1000 and watched a billion ads but I was determined to win. I GOT NOTHING

got my casino losses back after 6 months thanks to gambling-law. net

They really have entertaining games and cool bonuses.

Awesome place

I have been playing with this casino for well over a year, I've won some and lost some, but payout has never been an issue. Always fast and easy, until today. After meeting the playthrough and requesting a withdrawal I get a reply saying declined, because I didn't remove 5.86 cents when i requested my payout. No problem. I go back in and remove it and process it again. This time they tell me declined for Over betting. I have NEVER gotten that before and have been playing as I always have when I received my payouts (Mostly $500) 10x max cashout. But not this time! When I reached out to support. they were not help. but I got an email saying. they will be crediting my original deposit back to my account and Good Luck... I want my 500 dollar winnings added back to my account and my withdrawal processed. This is ridiculous and something I have never experienced before. Not sure who's working there today, but someone needs to fix this.UPDATE 8/13Very impressed with the thorough review of my account and the context provided and the decision made as a one time curtesy. While not the full amount, I understand the rationale and decision and appreciate them making it right. This is experience I have been accustomed to and it has restored my positive opinion of them.
